Favorite Target Makeup Dupes: Part 1

High-end brands and their affordable alternatives From Target

Check out these unbelievably amazing beauty dupes from Target and give your bank account a break.

I love a high-end beauty product just as much as the next girl, but sometimes it’s just not in the budget. Fortunately, Target carries tons of unbelievable dupes worth all the hype!

Tatcha Silk Canvas Primer - $52

e.l.f. Poreless Putty Primer - $8

The takeaway: I don’t think anything can touch the quality of Tatcha’s Silk Canvas, so as far as quality and performance is concerned, it’s not an exact dupe, but for a price difference of over $40, e.l.f.’s Poreless Putty Primer can accomplish a lot. I also added a link for the Tatcha Silk Canvas Mini in case you wanted to try it but were not about to drop $52!

Milani Rose Face Oil - $11.99

The takeaway: I have yet to try the Laura Mercier Rose Oil, but based on the reviews and the price tag, I may never. This dupe is based on the countless reviews and videos on this one. As far as the Milani goes, I have no complaints! It makes your skin feel soft and hydrated, and with a 5-star review on Target, it’s worth a try if you’re looking for something similar to the Laura Mercier Rose Oil.

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Stick Foundation- $43

Wet n Wild PhotoFocus Stick Foundation - $5.99

The takeaway: This Wet n Wild Photofocus Foundation stick can give Make Up For Ever a run for it’s money. It doesn’t last nearly as long, so if you’re trying to get wedding photo ready, I would reach for the high-end product, but for everyday looks, the Target dupe is absolutely worth it!

NARS All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation Dupe

All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation - $49

L'Oreal Paris Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation - $10.99

The takeaway: I’m well aware nothing may ever be able to replace the quality of NARS, but if it’s not in the budget, you have to give L’oreal’s Infallible Pro-Matte Foundation a try for $10.99! I use when I’m going to work and need a matte look to last all day. Since it’s almost always unavailable in-store at my local Target, I included a product link to buy it on Amazon (where it’s way cheaper at the moment)!

The Original BeautyBlender Dupe

The Original BEautyBlender - $20

Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge - $4.89

The takeaway: I completely understand if you’re a Beautyblender brand die-hard, but if you’re up for an alternative that’s more than half the price, try out the Real Techniques beauty blenders next time you’re in the market, the quality may surprise you.

Final Thoughts:

While you may not always be able to replace the quality of high-end product, you can absolutely get similar results and be happy with the price!
