Adventures of Fatty Moo Moo

So this is Fatty Moo Moo, my rescue Yorkie that I am obsessed with.

He has zero traits of a terrier, let alone any dog, I think he relates more to an indoor cat. He doesn’t bark, bite, or do anything dogs are supposed to. I wonder if his pre-rescue days had a lot to do with it.

I got a call from a family member who lived 6 hours away, letting me know they were rescuing two Yorkies that were chained up in a backyard. Needless to say, I hopped in my car traveled 6 hours to get them both.

So we set off on our 6-hour drive home. Moo sat in the passenger seat next to me and slept the whole time. He didn’t want to look out the window. He didn’t try to jump on my lap. He was just content. And we’ve been best friends since that drive.

We realized later that his brother was a little possessive and would do better living as an only-dog. We found him an amazing family who has featured him on all their holiday cards.

As soon as Moo was inside, he never wanted to go back out. You can usually find him lying by the pool, snuggled in bed, or hidden in my Kate Spade purse living his best life.

The thing I love most about him is that he isn’t always the smartest. On the regular, you can find him running into the pool screen, falling over in the grass for no reason, falling off the couch while he’s sleeping… the list goes on.
