The Creator Makeover Giveaway Official Rules

01Sponsor

The Creator Makeover Giveaway, referred to in these rules as the "Giveaway," is sponsored by Breeyen Scurto, operating as Scurtoworld, 1649 Bennetts End, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32547, referred to as the "Sponsor." Creator Dollhouse will provide and fulfill the website-related prize components on the Sponsor's behalf but is not an additional sponsor or creator host.

02Giveaway period

The Giveaway begins at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on July 31, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 21, 2026, referred to as the "Giveaway Period." The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

03Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and maintain at least one genuine creator or content account that the Sponsor can reasonably verify.

Entrants must be able to enter into the required website and prize-acceptance agreements and provide lawful content, photos, links, and information needed for the build. No minimum follower count, engagement rate, niche, or existing website is required.

Current and former Creator Dollhouse clients are not eligible. Also excluded are the Sponsor; Creator Dollhouse's owner, employees, and contractors; anyone involved in the design, administration, promotion, drawing, or fulfillment of the Giveaway; and each such person's immediate family members and household members. "Immediate family" means a spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the spouse of each. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

04How to enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit scurtoworld.com/creator-giveaway and complete and submit the official entry form. Required information may include the entrant's name, email address, creator handle, primary platform, content description, current website or link page if any, and responses concerning what the entrant wants a creator website to help accomplish.

The entrant must agree to these Official Rules. Marketing consent, if offered, is optional and is not required to enter or win. No purchase, social-media follow, like, share, tag, or email-marketing subscription is required.

05Entry limit and validity

Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address. If multiple entries are received from the same person, the Sponsor may retain only the most recent otherwise-valid entry.

Entries must be complete, truthful, submitted during the Giveaway Period, and received through the official entry method. Automated, bot-generated, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or manipulated entries are void. The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who uses multiple identities, tampers with the entry process, impersonates another person, submits false information, or violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject an otherwise eligible and valid entry.

06Random drawing and odds

On or about August 23, 2026, the Sponsor or the Sponsor's designated administrator will randomly draw three potential winners from all eligible entries received. The first entry drawn will be the potential Grand Prize winner. The next two entries drawn will be the potential Creator Prize winners. The Sponsor may also draw alternate entries in ranked order.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

07Winner notification and verification

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address submitted with the entry. The Sponsor may also send a social-media direct message as a courtesy, but email is the official notification method.

A potential winner must respond and accept within 72 hours after the notification email is sent. The Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residence, eligibility, creator-account ownership, tax information, and signed prize, website, release, or fulfillment documents.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, is ineligible, declines the prize, fails to complete required verification, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and offered to the next alternate. A person is not a confirmed winner until the Sponsor verifies eligibility and confirms acceptance in writing.

08Grand Prize

The website build includes personalized creative direction, an approved focused one-page structure, essential social and creator links, selected affiliate or storefront links, one featured-content area, one shop or recommendation area, one brand or business contact route, one signature visual or interactive feature suited to the creator, two consolidated revision rounds, launch setup, responsive testing, link testing, and technical review.

09Creator Prizes

To redeem the discounted website component, each Creator Prize winner must pay the remaining $250 website price within five business days after written acceptance and invoicing. The $250 is the winner's remaining purchase price for the website, not an entry fee or payment for a chance to win. A Creator Prize winner may decline the prize without making a payment.

Optional upgrades, expanded scope, and services outside the stated Starter package are not included and may be purchased separately only by mutual written agreement.

10Total prize value

The total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is up to $1,765. Actual value may vary based on the domain selected and final Starter scope. A winner will not receive the difference between the stated value and actual value.

11Starter scope and exclusions

The prize is a focused Creator Dollhouse Starter website. It is not an unlimited custom website and does not include a blog, additional pages, multiple complex rooms, large product or content libraries, unlimited revisions, advanced custom development, or features outside the approved one-page floor plan.

The website will be shaped around the winner's own content and will not be a direct copy of Scurtoworld or a Creator Dollhouse demo. New pages, rooms, campaigns, collections, advanced interactions, major structural changes, and ongoing expansion may be quoted separately.

12Build schedule and winner responsibilities

The typical build target is four to six weeks after the winner has accepted, completed onboarding, signed required documents, made any required Creator Prize payment, and supplied all requested content and materials.

Winners must complete onboarding and provide the initial required materials within 30 calendar days after acceptance unless Creator Dollhouse approves an extension in writing. Delayed materials, approvals, feedback, platform access, or decisions may extend the timeline.

A winner must submit feedback in the organized format requested and within the stated review periods. Failure to participate or provide materials may result in delay, suspension, or forfeiture of unfulfilled prize components as described in the fulfillment agreement.

13Included care and required ongoing plan

The first three consecutive monthly service periods after the official launch date include Monthly Reset-level care. Each Monthly Reset includes one consolidated update request with up to 10 reasonable changes within the existing website structure. Unused changes do not roll over.

After the included period ends, the winner must maintain at least the $15-per-month Maintenance plan for the website to remain hosted, maintained, and active. The winner may instead continue Monthly Reset for $39 per month.

If a required plan payment fails or the plan lapses, the creator will have seven calendar days after notice to restore the plan. If the plan is not restored, the website may be unpublished after the grace period. Reactivation is subject to the then-current plan terms and any reactivation charge disclosed before reactivation.

14Domain, winner content, and Creator Dollhouse materials

The first-year domain-registration allowance is up to $30. The domain will be registered in or transferred to the winner's name or business using contact information controlled by the winner. The winner is responsible for renewal fees after the first year.

The winner retains ownership of original photos, videos, logos, copy, links, and other materials the winner supplies. The winner represents that the winner owns or has permission to use all submitted materials.

Creator Dollhouse retains ownership of its underlying code, reusable systems, frameworks, templates, methods, interactive components, internal design assets, and other pre-existing or reusable intellectual property. The winner receives a limited right to use the completed website while the required website plan remains active.

If the plan is cancelled or the website is unpublished, the winner keeps the domain and original content but does not receive Creator Dollhouse's proprietary source code, frameworks, templates, or reusable systems. The winner may request a reasonable copy of original text, links, and files the winner supplied.

15Limited project display permission

By accepting a prize, the winner grants Creator Dollhouse permission to display the completed website, including the winner's name, creator handle, submitted images, and content visible within the completed site, in the Creator Dollhouse showroom, portfolio, website, and social-media content that relates to the project or Creator Dollhouse's website-design services.

Scurtoworld does not receive a general right to use the winner's name, handle, image, likeness, or personal story in unrelated or future promotional campaigns.

No winner is required to provide a testimonial, make a personal endorsement, post about the Giveaway, create promotional content, appear in a reveal, record a video, participate in an interview or livestream, or attend any promotional appearance. Any additional participation must be voluntary and separately agreed.

16Prize restrictions

Prizes are nontransferable, may not be sold, and have no cash equivalent. No substitution is permitted at a winner's request. The Sponsor may substitute a prize component of equal or greater value if an advertised component becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.

Any unused, declined, forfeited, or expired prize component has no cash value. Any private discount later offered to entrants who are not selected is not part of the Giveaway prizes and does not affect the drawing or odds.

17Taxes and other costs

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and for any costs not expressly included in the applicable prize description. The Sponsor may require a completed Form W-9 or other tax documentation and may issue any information return required by law.

Optional upgrades, domain costs above $30, later domain renewals, paid third-party services, premium plugins, external subscriptions, platform fees, and services outside the stated prize are the winner's responsibility unless the Sponsor or Creator Dollhouse expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

18Privacy

Information submitted through the official entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, maintain campaign records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Entrants will receive marketing emails from Scurtoworld or Creator Dollhouse only when they separately and affirmatively choose the optional marketing consent. The Sponsor may share entry information with Creator Dollhouse and service providers only as reasonably necessary to administer and fulfill the Giveaway.

19Social-platform disclaimer

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social platform on which it may be promoted. Entrants release those platforms from claims arising from the Giveaway to the extent permitted by law. Questions and communications regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor, not to a social platform.

20Technical problems and improper conduct

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, inaccessible, or failed entries caused by transmission problems, service interruptions, platform errors, equipment failures, incompatible devices, or other technical problems outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.

The Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, natural disaster, government action, or another event materially impairs the integrity or administration of the Giveaway. If feasible, the Sponsor will award the prizes from eligible entries received before the impairment or by another fair method consistent with these Official Rules.

21Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Creator Dollhouse, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or fulfillment of a prize, except where such release is prohibited by law. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

22Disputes and governing law

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from the Giveaway will be brought individually and not as part of a class action in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction in or serving Okaloosa County, Florida.

Any recovery will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly associated with entering the Giveaway, and entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages to the extent permitted by law.

23Severability and interpretation

If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The Sponsor's failure to enforce a term does not waive that term. Headings are for convenience only.

The Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility, entry validity, drawing administration, winner verification, and interpretation of these Official Rules are final to the extent permitted by law, provided that the Sponsor will administer the Giveaway fairly and award the prizes as represented.
